Young people in action

Young people are working with us to make a real, practical difference to the Churnet Valley.

So far, almost 400 young people have been involved in some way. They may do a few sessions as part of a college group, or come to our school holiday activities or join our young rangers group.

Working with us teaches the young people practical skills like fencing, or woodland management, and gets them out and about experiencing the Churnet Valley and its wildlife.

Lots of good fun and really good results that gives them a real sense of achievement.
